Lead and manage end-to-end ceramic production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Oversee daily production planning, organization, and execution to meet operational targets and business objectives.
Supervise all production stages, including raw material preparation, forming, firing, glazing, finishing, and packaging.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
