Opportunity Description
As aProduction Engineer at our East Canton, Ohio plant, you will play a mission-critical role in supporting, optimizing, and advancing our manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on position that directly impacts plant performance, product quality, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will become a key technical resource on-site—especially within crushing and grinding operations—and a collaborative partner to cross‑functional teams.
