Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of motor modification workshop operations at a 3PL partner site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of customer orders. You will lead daily operations, coordinate and manage a production team of up to 30 people, develop both people and processes, and continuously improve performance to achieve operational excellence.
