Production Maintenance & Automation Manager

A leading manufacturing company in Cavite is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in textiles or semiconductors. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting systems, and leading a team to ensure operational efficiency. This position is full on-site with a dayshift schedule from Monday to Saturday.
