Reporting to the Head of Production, the Production Manager will be responsible for executing the production plan and ensuring DIFOT across ground-up developed accessories and lifestyle products.

This role oversees production schedules, planning and delivery, while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes to ensure high quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all production across finished goods and raw materials
• Identify potential production, quality and costing risks, providing solutions while maintaining design integrity and DIFOT
• Lead and coordinate weekly critical path meetings to ensure timelines are met
