Production Manager

Job Description Production & Project Leadership

Lead custom boat projects from contract award through final delivery.

Own production schedules, priorities, and day-to-day execution across the shop floor.

Coordinate production flow, scheduling, and milestone tracking to ensure projects stay on target.

Follow up with project teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.

Manage changing priorities while maintaining alignment between Manufacturing, Design, Purchasing, and Leadership teams.

Team Leadership & Development

Mentor, coach, and develop Project Leads and production leaders.

Build leadership capability within the shop and create clear accountability across teams.

Foster a strong culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Lead with a visible, supportive, and solutions-oriented approach on the shop floor.
