Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning and process management.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) is preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
