Our client, Packaging Solutions Mfg. Co. is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. As a Production Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Dept. supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, Lean Mfg. experience and commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Production Manager 1st shift**
**Location: Hammond, IN**
**Pay Range: $100-130/k + bonus**
**What’s the Job?**
+ This position reports to the Plant Manager and has responsibility for five (5) Shift Supervisors and approximately 110 hourly employees.
+ Monitors the safety/environmental practices of the workplace to provide a safe work environment for all employees.
+ Implements production of all products, integrating engineering projects into the regular operating process.
+ Works with the Controller to develop operating budgets.
