Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet daily and weekly production targets. Ensure all fire doors are manufactured to comply with relevant fire safety standards (BS EN, UL, NFPA) Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and daily oversight.
