JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Manager is responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of the PM shift performing the manufacturing and packaging of products. They will direct and coordinate all activities concerned with the manufacturing and packaging of products including managing the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations. The manager will review daily reports, sales orders, and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement and to identify areas needing improvement. The manager will ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, and other regulations.
