Opportunity Description
Job Purpose
The Production Molding Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling plastic injection molding operations to ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of output, quality, cost, safety, and delivery, while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and Philippine labor and occupational safety regulations.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
Production Planning and Control
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with approved schedules.
- Ensure efficient utilization of machines, molds, manpower, and materials.
- Monitor daily production output and take corrective actions to meet targets.
Process and Technical Management
- Establish and maintain standard molding parameters and work instructions.
- Lead mold trials, process validation, and new product introduction (NPI).
