Opportunity Description
How the role will make an impact:
The Production Operative based at our Henlow site, will be able to impart knowledge and aid development, customer orientated whilst understand the company needs.
Hours are 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am on a 2-week rotation.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To manufacture weather seals in a safe manner.
- Replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production
- Quality control checks on profiles
- Achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets (OEE, Scrap, OTIF ,Quality Standards , Throughput and Productivity).
