To become fully trained and able to meet all of AB Mauri requirements of working safely, efficiently and with an attention to detail. Obtain a thorough knowledge of the position and its requirements in the manufacturing, packaging, and storage of AB Mauri products.

Following all food safety and operating procedures that are outlined by the company’s standards including start-up, changeovers, shutdown, and safe operation of machinery. Ensure critical control points are checked on all required equipment and report findings. Accurately record required information on to production/ quality documentation.
