Production Operators (North, Up to $2000) #HCG

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment in strict adherence to operational schedules and manuals.

Monitor production workflows to ensure all output meets established quality standards and volume targets.

Follow safety standards by following all internal protocols and regulatory procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace (5S) to ensure a safe production environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Secondary School Certificate ('N'/'O' Levels) or a Technical Certificate (Nitec/Higher Nitec).

Proven understanding of basic process control within an operator capacity.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Possession of a forklift or stacker license is a significant advantage.

Ability to commit to a rotating shift schedule.
