Production Planner/ Capacity Planner

1. Monthly analyzes data from previous months, including actual sales, production loading and capacity, inventory, backorders (open orders), and forecast accuracy for all locally produced products to determine the production quantity per product.
2. Generates the Master Production Schedule for the month and submits it to the Supply Chain Manager, then to the Head of Operations Strategy for approval before cascading it to the concerned departments. Calculates and measures forecast vs actual production.
3. Coordinates regularly with Target Markets and Customer Service for the current month’s forecast and confirmed Sales Orders to be dispatched.
4. Collaborates with Supply Planning and Procurement in conducting S I & OP meetings on forecasts for locally produced products.
5. Coordinates with Customer Service, Target Market, and Marketing for any changes made in sales forecast based on Projects and Promotions on a weekly and daily basis. Updates the production schedule a...
