Production Planner

Overview

The Production Planner is accountable for planning and coordinating the work of employees engaged in the assembly, fabrication, testing, repair, and inspection of electronic components and systems. Responsibilities include determining production capacity, scheduling project production timelines, and collaborating with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and generate daily production schedules (day shift/night shift) for the activities of workers who assemble, fabricate, inspect and test electronic and electromechanical assemblies,partsand components.
• Evaluate workforce and machine capacity to meet production targets, coordinating with management to address labor needs
• Ensuring production teams meet critical deadlines.
