Production Planner

Job Summary: The Production Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, on-time delivery, and optimal utilization of resources. This role acts as a key link between production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align material availability, capacity planning, and customer demand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders and production capacity. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and logistics to ensure raw material and component availability. Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules proactively to meet changing priorities or unexpected delays. Communicate production plans and updates to relevant departments (sales, quality, production team, site and delivery team, etc) Liaise with process engineer to optimize production efficiency by minimizing downtime, setup time and material shortages. ...
