The Factory Production Planning (FPP) role is part of the Systems Planning team within Global Order Fulfilment. Systems Planning plays a critical role in enabling a differentiated customer experience by providing high‑quality planning signals that connect customer demand to executable production outcomes. The team focuses on best‑in‑class forecasting, consistency and quality in planning signals, and strong GOPS readiness to support competitive flexibility, faster response times, improved lead‑times, and delivery to need.

By operating at the intersection of demand, capacity, and execution, Systems Planning partners closely with factories, supply chain, and global planning teams to drive aligned, informed decisions that enable Lam to scale efficiently while supporting customer production and long‑term profitability.
