Description
- Operate, monitor, and adjust bread heating equipment to achieve proper temperature, texture, and color.
- Perform quality control checks before and after heating, removing and reporting improperly heated products.
- Coordinate with cashiers/supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production with no bottlenecks.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food hygiene standards; clean and sanitize equipment regularly.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of heating times, temperatures, equipment issues, and production data.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of safety protocols.
