Production Superintendent (2nd Shift)

Position Purpose: The Production Superintendent leads plant production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, food-safe products that meet regulatory requirements while fostering a safe work environment and strong team culture.




Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production to ensure quality products are produced and shipped on time.


• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate staffing levels.


• Ensure a safe work environment by conducting safety training, inspections, and compliance with safety audits.


• Plan, organize, and schedule production to optimize Client, equipment, and resources.
