Production Supervisor (Manufacturing Operations)

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (5:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off (subject to change)

Note: Must be comfortable working night shifts

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, leading production teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coordination, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
