What you’ll do
Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Technicians coordinating day-to-day production activities, safety, quality, on-time delivery and product costs to achieve company KPI’s and targetsDrive continuous improvement by supporting lean initiatives including:o 5S, Kaizen and OEEMaintain ISO 9001:2015 standards and support Product Quality initiativesSupport recruitment, training, development, performance management and annual appraisalsCollaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning functions to enable production schedules to be metEnsure safe working practices and strong housekeeping standards Qualifications
