We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee line performance, safety, and continuous improvement in Penang.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and motivate line teams; manage attendance and performance
- Enforce HSE, 5S, and QRQC standards on the floor
- Monitor production prep, KPI tracking, and daily progress audits
- Conduct shift handovers and ensure closing procedures are followed
- Drive improvement actions and coordinate with support teams
Your profile
- Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering
- 5+ years managing large production teams
- Skilled in OEE, SAP, and systematic problem-solving
- Flexible for shift work and detail-oriented
- Proficient in English and MS Office
