Opportunity Description

We are seeking a Print Production Leader / Supervisor who is truly passionate about the print industry (or signage or similar) and ultimately believes in providing clients with an unequalled level of service!

You will be responsible for ensuring the work is scheduled and completed to a high standard on-spec and on-time. 

THE COMPANY
A highly innovative brand solutions, print production, promo and logistics company who have been around for almost 25 years. With a wide variety of clients and work, they continue to grow and diversify their offering. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, direct and lead direct reports (currently six and growing!). 
  • Monitor and book in required training and upskilling for production staff.
  • Implement, plan and confidently communicate the production schedule. This includes running the morning production meeting.
