Production Supervisor

Position Purpose: The Production Supervisor leads and organizes work on the processing floor to meet production schedules. This role ensures the hourly workforce delivers results aligned with company standards for food safety, quality, productivity, and cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve operational goals including yield, efficiency, uptime, and labor cost to optimize conversion costs.


• Monitor quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.


• Direct and train hourly associates on risk management and workplace safety to protect employees and minimize liability.


• Lead daily employee activities including placement, training, and goal setting.
