Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and improve production processes for quality and efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Position: Production Supervisor
Salary: 20K-25K
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (onsite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- At least 1 year in Supervisory position
- Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
