Requirements & Qualifications

• 1.Min3 to 6 Years Experience in Application Production support.
• 2.Handson experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application relatedproblems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related toApplication.
• 3.Manageoutsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelinesare in accordance of Remedy Timelines
• 4.Handson experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate andwithin SLA.
• 5.Experiencein work flow maintenance and Configuration. Exposure banking domain would be anadded advantage.
