Manufacturing experience is required for this role.
Previous experience operating a forklift and reading measurements is essential.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The line lead is responsible for all duties necessary to achieve and sustain the safety, performance and
quality expectations for thier designated manufacturing area. This includes directing, coaching, and training those employees in his or her manufacturing area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Supplies all materials to machines
" Coordinates and schedules production in the most efficient sequence to support customer demand.
" Accurate production, scrap and bin movement entries in Masterpack.
" Coordinates all line changeovers.
