Description

Fernways Production Technician I will be responsible for execution of production activities to manufacture Fernway products and support other operational teams, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up, operate and maintain production equipment and machinery according to established protocols and safety guidelines. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspection, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Production Operations: Execute production tasks, such as filling and packaging products, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor production processes, identify and address issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
