Strategic Leadership: Co-create and drive global and zone domain strategies, aligning with production objectives. Define vision and priorities while adapting key performance indicators (KPIs) to local contexts.

Performance Management: Ensure domain performance is measurable and trackable. Utilize data analytics to identify problems and implement systematic improvements. Develop risk metrics and action plans to mitigate performance risks.
