The Professional Health Coordinator serves a key role in Cleveland Clinic's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role includes assessment, case management, short-term counseling, and support for both mandatory and voluntary caregivers-primarily healthcare professionals with concerns
such as substance use, mental health, or cognitive issues.
