Professional Land Surveyor

Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting client seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to support land development and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing survey projects from initial research through final deliverables, including boundary analysis, mapping, and preparation of survey documentation for agency approvals. The ideal candidate is a licensed surveyor with strong technical knowledge, project management ability, and experience working with survey and design software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical mapping, plats, and final drawings for agency submittals and regulatory approvals


• Conduct research and analysis related to title reports, rights-of-way/easements, land title surveys, topography, and mapping


• Perform boundary calculations, field support calculations, and detailed boundary analysis


• Review and interpret deeds, plats, and historical mapping records
