Professional - Project Manager (Onboarding)

Tasks :

• Lead full lifecycle execution of Luxembourg Transfer Agency onboarding, from initial mobilisation through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation

• Drive integrated programme delivery, ensuring effective coordination of timelines, milestones, and critical interdependencies across all streams (TA, Data, Technology, AML/KYC, Legal, and Operations)

• Serve as the central point of coordination between the client, internal stakeholders, and the outgoing service provider

• Establish and secure validation of the Luxembourg operating framework, including detailed service scope and performance standards

• Design and manage the end-to-end migration approach, covering transition strategy, sequencing of data transfers, and readiness testing through dry runs
