Professional Registered Engineer - (Construction/Civil)

Minimum Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Based in Cape Town
• 68+ years experience in the building/construction industry
• Proven team/department management experience
• Qualification: Degree / National Diploma / BTech in Construction Management, Construction Studies, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
• ECSA / professional registration advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the department
• Lead multiple complex projects from feasibility through to completion
• Review and sign off on technical designs, contracts, and documentation (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC)
• Manage project delivery in terms of scope, budget, timelines, and quality
• Build and maintain client, stakeholder, and regulatory relationships
