Work alongside consultants and security engineers to support customer implementations, deployments, and post‑sales engagements for enterprise security solutions.

• Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activities
• Support implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms in customer environments
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project status calls
• Help troubleshoot technical issues during deployments and elevate findings when appropriate
• Perform basic log analysis, system validation, and testing activities
