Job Overview

The Profile Generation Manager is a technical role responsible for ensuring effective and efficient profile generation operations, overseeing capacity planning, managing costs, budgets and ensuring customer demands are met without breaching agreements. The position requires a deep understanding of service operations, project management, ITIL processes, and telecom and/or OEM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient profile generation operations, including task distribution, planning and prioritization according to customer demands and budget.
• Implement profile generation strategy.
• Deliver services based on committed service availability, SLA and OLA requirements for deployed services.
