BAE Systems' Countermeasures & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area is seeking a Program Area Director to scale a portfolio of programs in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. The ACES Product Line is at the forefront of protecting the warfighter by developing next-generation dispenser systems, decoys and countermeasures to help aircraft answer evolving multi-spectral threats providing layers of defense.
