Program Coordinator - Psycho and Social Care

Position Summary

The Psychosocial Coordinator is responsible for providing psychosocial support to patients and their families throughout the treatment journey. The role ensures patients and families feel supported, informed, and empowered while integrating psychosocial care into the overall clinical and programmatic services of the Cebu COE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient and Family Support

• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and their families during consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Serve as liaison between patients, families, and the medical team to address psychosocial concerns

2. Program Coordination

• Plan and implement activities aimed at enhancing patient well‑being, including support groups, workshops, and recreational activities
