Program Delivery Lead

Functional Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce robust governance, reporting, and delivery assurance mechanisms, including regular SteerCo and executive updates.
• Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Lead financial management of the programme, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and ensuring adherence to approved spend envelopes.
• Identify and manage financial risks, optimisation opportunities, and trade‑offs to maximise value delivery within budget constraints.
• Oversee vendor commercial performance, tracking against contractual commitments, deliverables, and commercial terms.
• Ensure disciplined change control, assessing scope, cost, and timeline impacts before approval and integration into the programme plan.
