Role Overview
Acts as the single point of ownership for the entire lifecycle marketing mandate for a consumer durable brand, spanning discovery, consideration, conversion, and CRM. Drives execution, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence while serving as the primary client-facing lead.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into integrated lifecycle plans across SEO, performance media, content, and CRM (MoEngage/Adobe)
- Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, lifecycle stage, and campaign needs
- Ensure alignment between brand objectives, marketing execution, and lifecycle programs
- Maintain a holistic view of the customer journey across touchpoints
Execution & Delivery Ownership (Core)
- Own end-to-end execution across search, media, content, CRM, and analytics
