Program Management Sr Mgr

**Description:**
MFC Enterprise Performance Excellence team is seeking a high potential and high performing leader with relevant Program Management experience to lead strategic initiatives across the MFC business area. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated ability to collaborate proactively within diverse teams to support program performance execution excellence and systemic issue resolution initiatives. In this role, the candidate will lead and integrate across several programs and MFC business management transformation elements.
In this role the candidate will gain a great degree of exposure to the variety of products and services that MFC offers. In addition, the candidate will become very familiar with the specifics of how our business operates, from corporate to the MFC business area.
