Program Manager, Account Compliance SX, WW

Description
We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to join the Account Compliance Seller Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of seller experience improvements across Tax Compliance workstreams. Working closely with the WW SX lead, the Account Compliance Insights team, and our Product and Tech partners, you will own the SX roadmap project tracker, drive mechanisms to monitor progress, and help deliver solutions that reduce seller friction while maintaining compliance standards.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, detail-oriented executor with program management experience in complex, cross-functional, and regulatory environments. You will be responsible for tracking and driving the SX roadmap to completion, identifying blockers, running cadenced review mechanisms, coordinating across teams, and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
