• University degree in Engineering or other related field.

• Microsoft Office
• Six Sigma
• DOE knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing
• Management Skills
• NPI Experience, Industrial experience.
• Basic training in Quality Management systems, Quality Manual, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, C-TPAT, Security Information, Cybersecurity, etc.

• Excellent problem identification and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively with various levels within the organization.
