Program Manager - Digital

Duration: 6+ months 

Compensation: $65-75/hr W2 

Location: Hybrid on-site (4 days) in Philadelphia, PA 



We are seeking a Digital Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives across web, mobile, and self-service platforms. 



Requirements:

• 7+ years of digital program or project management experience in large, complex organizations


• Proven delivery of enterprise digital initiatives (web, mobile apps, portals, chat/self-service experiences)


• Experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar


• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timeline


• Telco industry experience strongly preferred (consumer digital experience environment)
