Program Manager

Job description

As we grow our proposition, we are seeking a Program Manager to orchestrate the delivery of high-value improvement workstreams across Lending, Savings, and Invoice Finance. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will resolve internal resource constraints and manage a hybrid delivery model to ensure strategic milestones are met. Your role is to act as the central traffic controller, tracking program outcomes and monitoring operational readiness to ensure a seamless transition from build to launch.

Core Responsibilities

- Owns the overarching program roadmap and delivery plan, synchronising workstreams to ensure alignment with the Chief Product Officer’s strategic goals;
