About the Role

With 75 years of experience, World Vision Philippines empowers vulnerable children, especially in high‑risk areas, through various child protection and development programs. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a cluster of two Area Programs, overseeing a minimum annual budget of $0.5million and >2,500 child sponsorships (RC). The role is based in Quezon City with coverage in Malabon and Pangasinan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the cluster, ensuring alignment with country strategy and managing budgets.
• Integrate non‑sponsorship projects with ongoing sponsorship‑funded programs.
• Support acquisition of grants and private funding, and collaborate with project teams.
• Maintain relationships with provincial government, coalitions, and partner organizations.
