Payrate: $75.00 - $82.00/hr.

 

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead sales enablement and communications initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, change management, and strategic communication, with a focus on driving operational optimization and strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

 

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and the day-to-day operations of our large advertiser sales force.


• Lead the Governance and Enablement sub-team to build an internal go-to-market communications and training architecture.


• Drive change management and training for our global sales team.
