JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates the daily functions of the department, including working with clients, staff direction and completion of administrative duties for assigned department(s). Serves as a leader of resident advocacy and support linking housing to supportive services provided by public or private agencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Supervises daily the activities of the Resident Services staff; assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff members; meets periodically with staff as outlined in program procedures; evaluates performance of staff members; handles communication difficulties between staff members to promote good working relationships. Coordinates with Resident Services Program Manager and CCCS Volunteer Services to suggest and review assignment of interns/volunteers to Resident Services sites, as well as provide support/training to volunteers and interns ...
