Program / Transformation Manager (Neuquén)

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Program / Transformation Manager to help drive cross‑functional initiatives that improve how teams plan, coordinate, and execute work across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and other operational teams, helping structure complex initiatives, improve coordination models, and introduce better visibility and metrics to support decision‑making.
