Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate all projects of the Sojourn Programme, focusing on service provision at Sojourn Care Centres and the Stay Strong Programme.
- Assist the Programme Manager in planning, scope definition, and outcome setting for beneficiary services.
- Support programme implementation and execution, engaging migrant worker beneficiaries and their families at centres, dormitories, and other locations.
- Help establish and review evaluation processes, criteria, and methods, including best‑practice benchmarking and identification of strengths and gaps.
- Conduct programme evaluations and maintain documentation of programme specifics, activity schedules, surveys, and feedback.
- Highlight service shortfalls to management and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the Stay Strong Programme and related workshops for migrant workers.
